Police Headquarters have received a letter to the Police Commissioner containing explosive devices that could blind the recipient.
The staff felt suspicious and smelled of flammable liquid when sorting the letters. They were shocked and reported it to the superior.
During the process, the letter started to emit smokes. The latter was dismantled by specialist and found as an hand-made bomb with batteries and wires inside.
The police said that the power of the bomb can injure the recipient's eyes, face and hands in a range of more than half a meter, which is commonly used in terrorist attacks. This is the second intimidation letter received by the police chief within half a month.
The police strongly condemned the act and will do all it can to arrest the persons involved.
