A box bound by tape with words “Hong Kong National Independence Party” was found on the train tracks. Case classified as “Bomb Hoax”.

In response to the discovery, officers from the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Bureau detonated the suspicious objects at the scene and confirmed that the objects were not explosive devices. As a result, train services were suspended for several hours.
